Founded in 2017 by Nicole Kniss of Newport Peach, PeachStep was born to cultivate an environment of joy, friendship, and empowerment.
Our mission is to provide a workout that caters to every BODY and every age. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, PeachStep is designed to target all your fitness goals, from improving cardio and balance to enhancing heart and lung function, toning your muscles, and improving flexibility. And now YOU can be a part of sharing this MOVEMENT too!

Join us for our certification class where PeachStep sets itself apart with its unique blend of energizing elements. In two days, we’ll cover everything you’ll need to know about teaching PeachStep including anatomy, safety, Peach Theory, format, hospitality, business, rules, and more!
PeachStep certification celebrates movement, inclusivity, and supportive connections. You’ll also receive a PEACH CERT EXCLUSIVE SWAG BAG with educational material, a complimentary shirt and hat, snacks, and other goodies from the Peaches!

“Nicole’s peach step training was one of the most thorough and fun experiences. I was initially drawn to certify for peach step because I loved the inclusivity of the classes. They are welcoming, effective and I felt a sense of community and friendship every time. I never felt judged or the need to have on the latest gym styles and as a women in her 50’s my body needed strength training, balance conditioning and cardio to stay healthy & strong. She also trained us to provide the modifications necessary for individuals with injuries & pregnancy. Nicole focuses on the deep pelvic floor, abdominal and gluteal exercises is really what every woman needs but other workouts rarely touch on this. IMPORTANT:
Before signing up for certification, please note that certification does not guarantee a teaching position at Newport Peach; opportunities to teach depend on studio availability. Teaching PeachStep outside of the Newport Peach location in Orange County is not permitted, except for locations in South County such as Mission Viejo or Laguna Niguel. The certification is open to individuals in LA County, San Diego County, and Northern California, as well as outside California.
Costs for certification are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future certification date. You will be required to sign an agreement prior to the certification date. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any financial loss incurred from travel arrangements due to a cancellation.
Bringing extra comfortable clothes for after the class, snacks, and plenty of water is recommended. The lunch break will be one hour.
You will be required to perform and complete a 15-minute demo at end of weekend along with a full demo class to be scheduled at a later date with additional one-on-one training in order to officially complete training (with intention to teach at some point).
You’ll also receive a PEACH CERT EXCLUSIVE SWAG BAG with educational material, a complimentary shirt and hat, snacks, and other goodies from the Peaches!
Approach the certification with an open mind and a friendly attitude, leaving egos at the door. Participants may bring a pillow for floor sitting during training. If a participant does not pass the in-person demo, they will be required to submit a video for approval.
