PEACHSTEP:
This fresh, modern take on Step Aerobics uses the classic Step, Ballet work, mat Pilates, cardio bursts, ankle weights, hand weights and finishes with a great stretch.
BUTI YOGA:
This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement.

BUTI LITE:
BUTI Lite is a slower flow Buti Yoga class. Perfect for beginners and/or seasoned Butisattvas who want to master the movements. We break down into detail the signature Buti movements (spiral structure technique, shake, core connection, isolation). Expect a gentler class with the same upbeat fun and great energy!

PEACHPHYSIQUE:
This full body - 45 minute burner is going to be your body's new best friend! With just a 10lb kettle bell we will get one of the best workouts in a short amount of time! This class will combine a cardio Step warmup and continue with intervals of Kettle Bell strength training and Pilates mat work. Enjoy a more feminine take on Kettle bells with the serious fat burning and sculpting benefits!
