Our classes are designed for every fitness level, with modifications available for both intensity and injuries so you can move safely at your own pace.
We’re also proud to provide a supportive space for moms—we recommend Peach Step, Peach Strength, Peach Barre, and Mom+ Baby for both prenatal and postnatal participants with your doctor’s approval.

PEACH STEP
A modern twist on classic step aerobics that combines classic step, barre work, mat Pilates, cardio bursts, light hand weights, and a refreshing stretch. The perfect blend of cardio, toning, balance, and stretching in one dynamic workout! This low-impact workout is great for all fitness levels! Shoes are optional.
PEACH BARRE
The barre where everybody knows your name…this is not your bitchy barre class – join a fun and supportive environment that will have your Peach SHAKING! Our high-energy, low-impact ballet barre class is a full-body workout with the perfect balance of cardio and strength. No shoes are needed.
Lil' Peach Mom+Baby
This class targets deep stabilizing muscles, improving ab separation, and pelvic floor restrengthening. Safely break a sweat while bonding with your little one in a structured baby carrier. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and your baby must stay in the carrier for the duration of the class (no walkers/crawlers!) Shoes are optional.
Peach STRENGTH
This stregnth training class involves power movements to get your heart pumping! Leave your shoes on for this one, we don’t use the step. We’ll cycle through a series of timed strength training exercises using various equipment such as 10 lbs Kettlebells, ankle weights, sliders, and bands to focus on a full-body workout you can only find at the Peach!
BUTI Yoga
Not your typical yoga class! Come shake up your workout with a cardio dance-inspired form of yoga that will shake you to your core! This is a lively mix of power yoga, tribal dance, and sculpting movements. Bring your own mat and you do not need shoes for this class.
Peach ‘n Abs
Pilates-inspired mat work class. It’s time to re-connect to your core! With a targeted focus on strengthening your arms, abs, and ass, this no-cardio class will combine mat Pilates with Barre floor work. Most Peaches do not wear shoes for this class.
