Nicole Schmitz has over 15 years of experience as a holistic health counselor, specializing in women’s nutrition, gut health, and hormone support. Her approach is practical and rooted in what actually works in real life.
Together, you’ll explore how to fuel your body in a way that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. The session focuses on hormone-supportive nutrition, whole foods, smart supplementation, and seasonal eating inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Private Parties
Looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate? A private workout party at Newport Peach is the perfect choice for birthdays, showers, bachelorettes, or team-building events.
Your party, your choice: Peach Step, Peach Barre or Peach ‘n Abs. You’ll even get time to mingle and relax in our beautiful studio space for a bit after your class if you choose.
Private parties require a min of 8 and max 14, at $30 per person. All guests must be registered in advance, with full payment due prior to the event.
