“The whole studio was decorated very cute, and the mats and equipment were already set up when we arrived. The exercises were not super hard but not easy either. It provided a good burn. The instructor was nice, provided modifications for a lot of the exercises, and encouraged water breaks and going at your own pace. It was overall a good experience!”

“As always Newport peach does not disappoint. Second time taking this class, first time taking it with Reme (I’ve taken a step class with her) and honestly she’s amazing! Encourages you to move at your own pace and to listen to your body. It’s a challenge and definitely makes your muscles hurt but it’s a good kind of hurt!”
